Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Made has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.
  1. Our Commitment

    Made is committed to operating responsibly and ethically. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and expect the same from our suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
     

  2. Our Business

    Made is a provider of managed office space services based in the UK. We operate within the property and workplace services sector and have relationships with various third-party suppliers.
     

  3. Due Diligence and Risk Management

    We conduct due diligence on all new suppliers and regularly review existing suppliers. This includes assessing risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking and requiring suppliers to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
     

  4. Policies and Training

    We have implemented policies to prevent modern slavery in our operations, including:

    A Supplier Code of Conduct
    An Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
    Employee training on identifying and reporting concerns
     

  5. Reporting Concerns

    We encourage employees and suppliers to report any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical conduct. We take all reports seriously and investigate them thoroughly.
     

  6. Ongoing Monitoring

    We are committed to continuous improvement in our approach to identifying and addressing modern slavery risks. We review and update our practices annually to ensure effectiveness.
     

  7. Approval

    This statement has been approved by the leadership team of Made and will be reviewed and updated annually.
