Hugo Morrissey, formerly of WeWork and The Instant Group, is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of Made. He has been centrally involved with the development and direction of the product since inception.
He spent the past 5 years running WeWork’s UK’s Enterprise business. He and his team generated > $1.5 billion in contracted revenue during his time with the firm across a large variety of industry sectors and deal structures. Prior to WeWork, Hugo spent 4 years running the corporate accounts team at The Instant Group.
Luke Philpott is a Founding Partner of Made and leads the lease advisory activity.
He is a Chartered Surveyor with >20 years of experience in the London market and has delivered bespoke property assignments for a number for the world’s biggest businesses, both in the UK and around the world.
Charlotte Toon is an award winning designer and leads on all tenant and landlord design projects for Made.
She leads Made's design enterprise, Dthree Studio and has over 15 years’ experience in the industry, delivering projects for firms such as Blackstone, Mars, Hellofresh, Glencore and Trustpilot.
As an Associate Director at Made, Alice supports day-to-day leasing activity, managing property marketing, broker and agent relationships and market enquiries.
Alice oversees property instructions, from onboarding to communication, and coordinates marketing for Made’s property portfolio, ensuring each space stands out in a competitive market. She brings a proactive approach and strong agency network to the team.
Our facilities and management teams include a collection of contractors that have been meticulously vetted and selected to deliver only the highest levels of product performance and customer experience.
The volume of Made’s purchasing requirements across utilities, security, technology, consumables, food & beverages, hospitality, concierge services and more, allow us to pass on significant economies on scale to occupiers who would otherwise pay a premium above these levels to independently procure the same.
